From redesigning our Initial Training Modules through to helping to design and implement our Advanced Training in both online and face-to-face versions, Clare has designed learning solutions that have reflected our company's culture and created growth in all of us. 

Clare has also created and implemented easy-to-apply training tools to enhance our global training team, enabling them to become better trainers and coaches that can nurture and support any learning journey.

Parenting Place worked with Horrobin Learning to update our Space facilitator training programme including hybrid delivery of online and in-person learning, with self-guided and facilitated components. Clare’s thorough process of information gathering, and excellent distilling of content into a considered framework, helped us achieve a great project outcome. “Since the beginning of 2021, Clare Horrobin has been a key part of our team in redesigning and implementing Beca’s Amplify Delivery learning and development framework and programmers. Clare has provided consultation on each key stage of the project, initially helping us to define the project scope and overall framework structure.
