Developing your presentation or workshop facilitation skills for a training, or even a meeting, can quickly become a daunting moment for a range of reasons.
Some of us may get thrown off when we face challenging participants. For others, our presentation or facilitation quickly gets derailed as our timing has blown out, and there's no time left for people to discuss the key insights. We’re now often asked to present or facilitate online, adding another series of headaches to worry about – from sorting out online technology, through to trying to get people off their emails and stay focused on what we’ve got to say.
To take your presentation or workshop facilitation skills to the next level, we'll make sure you can engage your audience and create learning along the way. We offer one-on-one presentation or facilitation coaching to help you build your transformational leadership skills, presentation, and facilitation confidence.
Make sure you get off on the right foot by getting your presentation or workshop design and structure right for your specific audience. We’ll work with you to pull together your thoughts, shaping it into a workshop or presentation that makes an impact and lets the learning occur. PowerPoint and additional resources can also be added into your package.
Practise walking through your content, refining your structure and ‘dancing’ with your resources such as PowerPoint or online tooling. You’ll receive on the spot coaching on how to enhance the flow of your presentation or workshop, and how to create and sustain audience engagement. Other techniques can be explored such as how to nail your introduction, settling your nerves, and how to check and cement the learning throughout your presentation or workshop.
Once you’ve got the structure sorted, book a final practice to fine-tune the aspects of creating a great presentation, workshop, training, or meeting. Here you can receive coaching on how to tap into your own authentic style, setting up activities to maximise the learning or deal with challenging participants, so you’re ready to shine and bring the best out of your learners or audience.
