In 2021, Les Mills Qualification Assessment Criteria was redesigned, impacting their current Initial Module Training where Instructors can become qualified to teach one of the Les Mills Programmes such as Body Pump. All 14 programmes had to be redesigned within a six month timeframe to incorporate the new Assessment Criteria, alongside providing live and online options within each training package. With her extensive knowledge of the programmes, Clare was brought in to provide initial guidance and consultation to the Global Instructional Designers.

Clare provided consultation and analysis to the Les Mills’ Global Instructional Designer on how to incorporate the new assessment standards into current Initial Module Trainings. To also help the team gain a headstart in their redesign, Clare redesigned the first set of training packages to incorporate live and online options. This was used as a template for the Global Instructional Designers to then redesign all other trainings. All 14 programmes have now been redesigned and implemented worldwide.

What they had to say

Bram Prima Halim , Global Lead Trainer, Les Mills International

"Clare is a very empathetic individual who genuinely takes the time and makes the effort to truly understand what makes me (Bram) tick. More than just a mentor, I consider Clare to be an inspiring friend and confidante for whom guiding and mentoring me seemed to be more of a challenge which she relished. She has the ability to enable me to make what seemed impossible within reach. Clare not only inspires her mentees but makes them feel truly valued as individuals."
